30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on all purchases of our biodegradable and compostable thermocol plates. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

The plates must be unused and in their original packaging.
The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Rejection: If the refund is rejected due to not meeting the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and you may choose to have the product returned to you at your expense.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders or personalized products are not eligible for refunds.
Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions are final sales and cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.

Shipping returns

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
